Here in our cozy little den, we’re pretty proud of the gear we craft—only the best for our stylish pack! If something doesn't fit quite right or you’re having a change-of-heart moment, don’t worry - we've got your tail covered. 🦊
You’ve got 30 days to return any item as long as it’s still fresh out of the burrow - unused and in it’s original condition & packaging.
Want to swap it out for a better size or a different color? Exchanges are free as a breeze through the trees, but you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back to our forest. Shipping fees aren’t refundable, even if your paws are fast.
Just send a chirp to our friendly Cub Support Team at support@cub-golfgolf.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're sending your goodies back. Have your proof of purchase ready, and we’ll help you through the return trail step by step - no growls, just helpful howls!
Once your return gets the official paw of approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label faster than a fox on espresso! Just make sure to tuck your item safely in its box so it doesn’t get bumped or bruised on the way back to our cub cave. 📦🐻✨
Your refund will be back in your account within 7-10 business days—faster than a rabbit on the run!
Each order gets one chance to exchange or return, so choose wisely, young cub! 🐻
Living outside the U.S. den? We still accept returns from faraway forests, but return shipping is your responsibility.
Once your items find their way back to our cave and pass the cub inspection, we’ll happily send your product refund right back your way—minus any shipping fees.

We’re paw-sitively sure about the design, materials, and performance of our gear, so you can rest easy knowing it's built for success! Our warranty policy is crafted to make your experience with us as smooth as a lion cub’s fluffy mane. 🦁⛳🐾
Cub Golf offers a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures our products are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship, so your cub can swing with confidence! 🐻✨
To qualify for this warranty, make sure you have proof of purchase. This applies only to products bought directly from Cub Golf or our trusted partners. Purchases from shady tree-dwelling resellers or unauthorized sources are not covered—no sneaky squirrels allowed!
What’s Not Covered 🦝
While we’re committed to quality, our warranty doesn’t cover everything in the wild. Here are the things that are not covered under our warranty:
• Scratches, dents, or abrasions from regular rough-and-tumble use in the wilderness.
• Staining, fading, or discoloration from the great outdoors (sun, rain, and snow all take their toll!).
• Damage from misuse (like using your golf gear as a chew toy 🐾) or unauthorized changes.
• Loss or theft of parts or accessories.
• Grips or straps (Unless they’re defective at the time of purchase). They’re like the leaves—consumable and not covered by warranty.
Warranty Service 🦊
If your Cub Golf gear has a defect within the one-year period, we’ll jump into action! Here’s how we’ll help:
• Repair Service: If it’s fixable, we’ll patch it up at no cost to you, just like a mama bear stitching up her cub’s torn fur! 🐻
• Replacement: If it’s beyond repair, we’ll replace it with a shiny new one (at our discretion). No worries, we’ve got you covered.
Please note, though, you’ll need to pack your item for the return (our paws can’t do that for you!), and shipping costs for international repairs or replacements are on you. 📦
How to File a Warranty Claim 🐾
If you’ve got a claim to make, it’s easy-peasy! Just follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@cub-golf.com with the subject line: “Warranty Claim.”
2. Include these details:
o Your full name and contact info (email and phone number).
o Proof of purchase (order number or a pic of your receipt).
o A description of what’s wrong with your product.
o Photos or videos that show the defect clearly.
o Your shipping address so we can send your replacement or fix the issue.
Once we receive your claim, our cub crew will review it and get back to you swiftly. We might ask for more info to make sure we’re fully equipped to help. The final decision will be made at Cub Golf’s discretion, but don’t worry—we’ll make it as easy as possible for you!
