Here in our cozy little den, we’re pretty proud of the gear we craft—only the best for our stylish pack! If something doesn't fit quite right or you’re having a change-of-heart moment, don’t worry - we've got your tail covered. 🦊
You’ve got 30 days to return any item as long as it’s still fresh out of the burrow - unused and in it’s original condition & packaging.
Want to swap it out for a better size or a different color? Exchanges are free as a breeze through the trees, but you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back to our forest. Shipping fees aren’t refundable, even if your paws are fast.
Just send a chirp to our friendly Cub Support Team at support@cub-golf.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're sending your goodies back. Have your proof of purchase ready, and we’ll help you through the return trail step by step - no growls, just helpful howls!
Once your return gets the official paw of approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label faster than a fox on espresso! Just make sure to tuck your item safely in its box so it doesn’t get bumped or bruised on the way back to our cub cave. 📦🐻✨
Your refund will be back in your account within 7-10 business days—faster than a rabbit on the run!
Each order gets one chance to exchange or return, so choose wisely, young cub! 🐻
Living outside the U.S. den? We still accept returns from faraway forests, but return shipping is your responsibility.
Once your items find their way back to our cave and pass the cub inspection, we’ll happily send your product refund right back your way—minus any shipping fees.
